Those can't be taught separately, just like a coin.

THE THIRD FACTOR (THE MUST) = THE ISLAM TEACHINGS by THE PREACHERS must be POSITIVE WAY/METHOD, At Least.
WHY ?
SINCE ALL TEACHINGS of ISLAM are GOOD TEACHINGS
