Two Methods of Tshirt Printing
There are two methods of tshirt printing. Heat transfer and direct to garment printing. Heat transfer uses inkjet or laser printers to print your design. You can use an iron to apply the design to a t-shirt or a heat press. Both methods will create a high-quality print. You should be able to choose the most suitable one for your needs. If you are planning to print several designs, choose DTG printing.
In this process, you will have to apply special dye on a transfer paper and let it dry. Once the paper is dry, heat will be used to apply the design to the fabric. The result is a very smooth and vivid color print with no feel under the hand. This method is suitable for full-sized shirts and requires lightweight fabric. You can also choose this method if you want to print a large-scale design on a small shirt.

For small-scale orders, the heat transfer printing method is a good option. This technique can be used on a wide range of fabrics. It requires a lot less skill and equipment than Sublimation, but it provides better results than the other two methods. Compared to Sublimation, it is easier to start your own printing business because you can use any material. The only difference between the two is the cost. In contrast to Direct to Garment printing, you'll need at least $500 to start your own t-shirt-printing business.
