Bali takes 45th spot in The World’s 50 Best Cities for Street Food in CEOWORLD Magazine. The data is the result of an annual survey of 92,000 business travelers and 1,400 corporate travel agents in 86 countries. 

The data was collected over three months, from July and September 2009. The reason on why Bali on the list was because Bali has a variety of roadside food with characteristic spices. Typical Balinese food has a strong taste. The most signature food are Sate Lilit and Nasi Campur Bali with Lawar. 

Singapore takes the number one. Singapore is renowned as one of the countries with the safest street food in the world because the Singapore’s government rules are strict about locations and cleanliness. Bangkok is in 2nd place, followed by Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh, Mumbai, Rome, Tel Aviv, Sydney, Mexico City, Portland, Dubai, and Kolkata is in 50th place.
