PT Techno Motor Indonesia as part of the Capitol Group and the owner of national motorcycle service network called Mr. Montir™ Urgently looking for HCGA Supervisor (Branch)with the responsibillity to :
1. Recruitment Process (Candidates Sourcing, Selection, Interview until On Boarding)
2. Employee Relations (Employee Contracts & Maintain database).
3. Personnel Administration (attendances & leave reports)
4. Compensation & Benefits (Payroll, Insurance & BPJS)
5. Industrial Relations (Governance for legal purposes)
6. General Affairs (Building Maintenance, Office Inventory, Office Supplies, General Cleaning)
Requirements :
1. Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource / Management/ Legal
2. Max 32years
3. Proven experiences in Recruitment, Personnel & General Affairs (non Fresh Graduate)
4. Good in reporting system (MS. Excel) & presentation (MS. Power Point & MS. Visio)
5. Experienced in coordinate with the third parties: Outsourcing, BLK & LPK, BPJS, Governance (legal purposes)
6. Self Starter
7. Willing to travel
8. Automotive / Retail / Franchise Network operations background is preferred
9. Could join immediately
The Regions / placements are :
• Jabodetabek-Banten - Jakarta
• Jawa Barat - Bandung
• Jawa Tengah - Semarang
• Jawa Timur - Surabaya
*Local resident only, no placement fee
