FlowerAdvisor came about as a result of a prominent absence of a single strong brand in Asia for International Flower & Gifts Delivery. Online users found it a struggle to discover a trusted 24 hour delivery flowers & Gifts site which can be replied upon to send flowers, hampers and gifts to their loved ones anywhere in the world. FlowerAdvisor has a network of florists which are located in more than 111 countries in the world, thus makes FlowerAdvisor as one of the biggest E Commerce Player in Asia that specializes in Flowers & Gifts 
Currently PT. Aldmic Indonesia are expanding and seeking for highly caliber & motivate candidates to fill the following position. 

Responsibilities :
·         Managing marketing budget
·         Monitoring all marketing activities
·         Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
·         Creating online marketing strategies: SEO, SEM, Social Media, Contents, and Newsletter
·         Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
·         Create, implement and control of digital marketing strategies for company on main PPC platforms: Google AdWords, Google Display, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, etc
·         Implement and manage PPC, remarketing or performance display campaigns
·         Gather and prepare campaign elements (banners, tracking codes, pixels, etc)
·         Create and Develop ads content
·         Engage with partner firm (e.g. Google, Bing and other display, video and programmatic vendors)
·         Ongoing monitor and optimize campaign performance
·         Identify tools to facilitate optimizing measures

Requirements :
·         Maximum 30 years old
·         Proficient in English both of oral and written
·         Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply with GPA min. 3,5
·         Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas tol colleagues and clients
·         Written communication skills for producing high quality content
·         Attention to detail and accuracy
·         Ability to work independently and flexibly
·         Capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
·         Have an experience in relevant professional organisations
·         Excellent team work skills
·         Organizational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work
·         Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
·         Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
·         Networking and analitycal skills
·         Knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms
·         Good in Microsoft Office
·         Databases and a basic understanding of HTML
·         Having knowledge CSS and search engines
·         Have passion with the world online
