What is Boku no Hero Academia: Smash Tap?

Boku no Hero Academia: Smash Tap is the newest game from BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. featuring the characters from its namesake 'My Hero Academia'. Players collect characters by completing story quests and events, playing solo or in multiplayer environments, in order to collect gems to summon these characters. Other in-game items like gummis, Gadgets and the likes have their own purpose to level up characters, increase their stats and other game mechanics.

Characters start with a 3★ Midoriya Izuku Card, and can roll a free random 5★ character as their second character. Currently, all new players also get a free 4★ Bakugou Katsuki Card. According to Bandai, it's meant to be just for pre-registered members, but it doesn't seem to have that limit at the moment.

Gameplay

Player Mode
Single:Allows players to battle all stages on their own.
Multi: Allows players to team up with three other players to take on different stages. Ideal for taking on stages that are too difficult for you. In Story Quest and Event, you can choose to allow Online Search to find players for you, or give your Room Number for others to join you. In Multi Play mode, you can only join. You also cannot receive experience from battles, only drops.

Quick Swipe: Allows characters to dodge attacks quickly.
Tap: Performs an attack on enemy characters.
Special: Performs the character's special move in battle. The number on the button indicates how much SP it takes.

Coin: Coins are required when upgrading items. The more you upgrade, the more coins you need.

Premiere Lessons: To use premiere lessons, one has to purchase Premiere Lesson Tickets using Hero Medals, either through the Shop or in the Lesson Page. Unlike Normal Lessons, Premiere Lessons gain experience by the number of minutes: 60 mins (60 EXP), 120 mins (120 EXP) and 240 mins (240 EXP). In both cases, you can use Hero Spirits or Ultra Energy to cut down on time.

Spoiler for pict:

Deck Configuration (Left-most button):Here you can edit your teams and equip Gadgets for quests. You can only have 2 characters per team.

Note that gummis with the same color as the Card will give more experience. In both cases, coins will be used. Once they reach max experience, Cards can be ranked up.
Limit Break: Once Cards are at max level, they can be ranked up using limit break once. (For example, a 3★ Card can only be ranked into 4★ Card.) Depending on the level and Card color, you will need coins and gummis in order to rank up. (The free 4★ Bakugou cannot be ranked up, nor can any 4★ Cards that were turned 5★ during the tutorial.)
Sell: For excess or unwanted Cards and Gadgets, they can be sold here.
Reinforcement Item: Here you can view your gummis and upgrade them. You cannot downgrade gummis. Note that gummis can only be upgraded in the same color.
50 UA small = 1 UA large
30 UA large = 1 All Might
100 All Might = 1 Rainbow All Might
