We are searching for a candidate who can help us build and manage our family. Your job will be to :
Responsible for recruitment and assessment process in fulfilling manpower in all business unit - active in sourcing for talent/suitable candidates, conduct interviews with potential candidates and presenting the short-listed candidates.
Closely monitoring and following up on recruitment progress.
Take part in all recruitment administration matters.
Responsible for all processes related to employee on-boarding/debriefing/promotions.
Handle employee compensation and benefits (payroll, tax, BPJS/Jamsostek, medical reimbursement and other benefits).
Prepare reports related to compensation and benefits.
Make all operational system flows effectively and smoothly

Qualifications:
• Expert using computers, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of Indonesia HR policy, labor law and payroll journal.
• Organization and eagerness to learn is a plus
• High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn
• Able to work under pressure and tight guidelines
• Good analytical thinking
• High attention to detail
• Willing to work in Jakarta Selatan area
