I am planning my business and am stuck with this challenge of which I know little about.

I require a system that enables linking the point of sale, a website and a mobile application. It should support membership/loyalty programs, be simple to use, and allow the customer to access their account from any of the three above mentioned devices.

Enabling the customer to access their account at the POS devices, in which doing so would allow them to utilise any pre-loaded balances on their account to purchase, and to gain membership benefits in the form of discounts or promotions.

Does anyone have any advice for me?
