Senior IT Support


General Requirements:
Male, maximum 32 years old
Minimum S1 Computer Science/ IT
Good command in Indonesia & English both oral and written are an advantages
Have a good interpersonal skill, proactive, initiative, good attitude
Able to work under pressure and work as an individual and or team
Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Specific Requirements:
Deep knowledge with computer desktop & server hardware installation and troubleshooting
Good knowledge in LAN & WAN Connectivity, Wireless and Remote Access Connectivity
Good knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP and Troubleshooting PC including hardware and software
Good Knowledge in Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
Good Knowledge in Common basic database (MySQL, SQL & Oracle)
Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)
Able to setup and manage network device (Cabling, Switch, Router)
Familiar to manage "backup/restore" Email with MS Outlook/Outlook Express
Have know about operating Radio and Setup is added value
Have min 1 year experience in same related field
