JAVA GLOBAL with scope business Financial Services Company are looking to recruit an experienced HRD Staff, responsible for the development human resources in payroll, recruitment and administration of employee process
HRD Staff
Job Requirement:
Male/Female
Maximum age 30 years old
Graduated min D3 / S1 Degree in Management Human Resource / Psychology, or Law
Have strong communication and a good personality
Minimum of 2 years of related working experience / Fresh Graduate considered
Responsible in payroll, recruitment and administration of employee process
Have in depth knowledge about the regulation of labor
Having good communication and negotiation skill and familiar with Microsoft Office - internet
Clerical/Administrative activities, recruitment, training, etc
Having knowledge in life-cycle recruitment and training functions
Ability for multi-tasking and job prioritization
Detailed, accurate, and on time in work output and has initiative
Fast learner, hard working, willing to work under pressure, has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and able to work as team.
Working Conditions
Working hours
Professional working hours, 5 to 6 days per week.
Additional benefits after the probation period.
Salary is flexible depending on Skills and Experience. However will typically be above industry standard.
