Responsibilities :

Ensuring that all of business units operating with the Company, domestic and international legal related matters are dealt with the Company best interest
Review, write and negotiate contract with all parties, unit contracs are signed. Advise on corporate, commercial and labor law matters affecting the Company and its operations
Establish the Company Legal Standart Operating policies and procedures, provide legal advice to all business managers on laws which regulate their work
Participate in the Company’s business scenario to ensure tha the Company and projects have proper legal protection to the best of Company’s interest, participate in meeting and offer contractial guidance and support to the Project Owner
Regulary assesse and manages the Company legal risk and opportunities, and from time to time advice the Company of any law and legal requirements changes across the Company businesses and network.
Lead the Company legal dispute resolution, provide proper and professional legal advise to ensure the Company’s interest are well protected, risks are measured, mitigated. Ensure legal risk and potential disputes resolved before escalation to litigation
Act as the second layer in the legal department in supervising all the legal officers

Requirements :

Male/Female, Bachelor degree’s/ Master’s Degree Law and equivalent
Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager specializing in Law/ Legal Services or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
In depth knowledge with regulatory law and legal aspects of business activities, especially for Tourism Industry, law dealing, expert in commercial contract administration, particulary contract preparation and negotiation, ability to provide independent advice to senior level management.
Proven track record for adding value to an organization through the development of legal matters
High degree of interpersonal and communication skiil, leadership skill, persuasion and negotiation skill.
