We are looking for a WordPress Customer Support who is motivated to serve our precious clients and solve their problems in using our products. You will work independently and/or with developers to provide feedback regarding product improvement and problem solving.

– Attracting potential customers by answering their questions; or providing information about our
– Resolving product problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure the
– Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
– Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix the problems by themselves
– Maintaining communication with clients to ensure good customer experience.
– Verifying all clients remain informed on their outstanding invoice and deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications
– Min. D3 in Information System, Informational Technology, etc.
– Very good English skills, especially reading and writing
– High understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, CSS
– Familiar with WordPress is a must
– Love to communicate and serve people
– Able & love to learn and work with team mate
– Ready to work under pressure & time limitness
– Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager
