Position : Assistant Retail Manager

Responsibilities :
• Create and analyze the monthly reports from store
• Coordinate with third party to make improvement in showroom
• Coordinate with salespersons in store
• Supervise and evaluate the salespersons
• Train salesperson in store by reviewing their product's knowledge and the sales training materials
• Assist the manager in observing, planning, and implementing strategy for the retail store

Requirements :
• Max 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
• Applicants must be willing to work on Monday until Friday
• Able to work under pressure, have responsibility and good self management
• Hard work, honest, and proactive person
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have personal vehicle
