MT Operations/Account Executive (DEA/EWM)
Requirements:
• Explain to clients about company and services
• Promote and sell all services available in the company with target to achieve the revenues sets by the company
• Gather and understand clients’ requirements to be translated and explained to the creative team
• The link between client and agency, to provide service and maintain high value client relationship, develop and maintain relationship with clients.
• Manage and maintain relationships with third-parties with regards to their involvement in the relevant project executions.
• Presenting ideas/solution and persuade client actively to acquire new business transactions
• Ensuring that project are administered and coordinated with extreme precision and efficiency
• Achieve the advertisement sales target
• Identify and approaching new clients, develop target client list and client database
• Build strong and maintaining relationship with clients
• Expanding business with prospective client
• Developing appropriate proposals, making presentations or report, reviewing feedbacks, understanding client’s needs and deliver excellent services.

We are looking for someone with:
• Women at age of 24-32 with similar experience is preferable.
• Passion in meeting new peoples and enjoy sales business process very much
• Smart casual person, young at heart and mind.
• Highly driven motivated to drive new business opportunity, and close the deal
• Creative, easy going, and naturally well mannered
• Having good networking with brands, company and government person in charge for communication, events, activation division.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence others people
• Solid oral and written communications skills.
• Experiences in account, sales and clients services, preferably in agency or event organizer
• S1 (Bachelor’s) degree in communications or other fields from a reputable university
• English proficiency is a plus
• Deep understanding about social media marketing and digital advertising
