He shall responsible to handle Production Activity, Maintenance and Material Consumption. Manage all people, machine and material in production area. Evaluate Efficiency, Reject Rate, Delivery Target and Quality. Increase through put, Reduce WIP and Reduce Operating Expenses. Analyze daily problem and create action plan.

General Requirement :
1. S1/D3 Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering background from reputable university.
2. Experience minimum 2 years in similar position.
3. Expertise in Plastic Injection Molding Process.
4. Good knowledge in Compressor, Chiller and Electrical.
5. Must familiar with ISO 9001 system, SPC, 7 Tools & Improvement Activities.
6. Understanding with PLC system and Instrument is preferable.

PPIC FOREMAN

He/ She shall responsible to handle Production Planning & Warehousing activity, including material forecasting, inventory and 5S in warehouse and Evaluate Efficiency, Reject Rate, Delivery Target and Quality. Increase through put, Reduce WIP and Reduce Operating Expenses. Analyze daily problem and create action plan.

General Requirements:
1. S1/D3 Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering
2. Experience minimum 1 years in similar position.
3. Good Knowlegde in Printing or Injection Process.
4. Good communication skill and able to train operators and inspector.
5. Must familiar with ISO 9001 system, TQM, Lean or Six Sigma.
6. Expertise in Inventory Management.

PRODUCTION AND PPIC ADMIN

General Requirements:
1. Minimum Education D3/S1
2. Experience minimum 1 years in similar position.
3. Familiar with Computer Ofiice and Spreadsheet.
4. Good communication skill.
