Paradise Barbers, Gili Trawangan, Lombok

Paradise Barbers is a specialist business service in the field of men’s haircuts and close shaves. Located on Gili Trawangan, the barbershop will be the first of it’s kind. Looking to open within the next month we will need expert/skilled barbers to join our close-knit team!

Our new recruits will ideally be energetic and spirited barbers keen to live the paradise island life on Gili Trawangan. The new shop will be located on the main strip, right next to a large hostel and tattoo parlour.

Our ideal candidate:

- Outgoing personality, honest, friendly and responsible
- Hairstyling/barbershop experience minimum 2 years (preferred)
- Male, aged between 20-35
- High school level certificate (preferred)
- Certificate in a barber’s/hairstyling course (preferred)
- English speaking (essential)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with others
- Wants to comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Prospective applicants:

- Competitive starting salary
- Service (7%)
- Option to include profit share/change from salary to large profit share after 1 year
- Meal allowance

Salary/Wages could be negotiated depending on the skills and experience of the prospective barber.

Working Facilities:

- Newly renovated shop located on the main strip of Gili Trawangan
- Clean, neat and cosy
- 2-3 barbers chairs with space for a 4th if necessary
- Couch and table for waiting area
- Air Conditioning, CCTV Camera System, Internet Access (WIFI)
- LCD TV
- Uniform shirts
- Extra barbers equipment (clippers, scissors, etc.)
