Senior Technical Support

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide IT support on end-user computing, server / network administration and computer room operations
• Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendor in asset procurement
• Handle IT training, provide necessary guidance to end user and manage user requests
• Maintain and update technical support document, IT report and policy
• IT infrastructure setup for new office / office move / expansion
• Resolve hardware / software issues on desktop / laptop PC, network printer

Requirements:

Mandatory

• D3 or higher degree of education
• Minimum 3 years experience as Technical Support or IT support
• Experienced as technical a sales / pre-sales in selling or support of corporate accounts
• Experienced in installation & support of Servers, Storage, Operating Systems (Microsoft & Open Source), Networking & Internetworking devices
• Good communication & presentation skills using English as medium
• Not over 30 years old

Preferable

• S1 degree from a reputable University
• Minimum 3 years experience in a tech sales / pre-sales or support organization
• In-depth knowledge and experience in installation & support of Server, Storage, Internetworking, Security & Cloud Computing
• Experienced in the design of Networked server systems over LAN/WAN including the ability to analyze Networked systems through use of Server / Networking diagnostic tools
• Understand Systems Security preferably: Active Directory, SSL, etc
• Experience as System Admin of at least 50 Networked PC / Servers
• Professionally accredited certifications in IT related discipline
• Proficient in Project Management and ability to use project management software tools
