Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management, Administration / Management Personal Services, Secretarial or equivalent.
•At Least have 1 - 3 Years experience in the relative field.
•Able to manage the front office
•Able to do administrative duties
•Having good knowledge and experience of General HR
•Willing to work on Saturday, 2 times a month.
•Fully proficient with English Language
•Good telephone etiquette
•Pleasant voice and well groomed
•Has good communication, interpersonal, and social skills
•Maximum 28 years old
•Willing to work in North Jakarta


Responsibilities:
•Manage front office
•Meeting and greeting customer or guest
•Handle incoming, outgoing, and forwarding telephone calls, letters or documents and other stuff from internal and external company
•Do administrative duties
•Handle General HR duties
