Summary
You will be responsible for developing, programming, and maintaining websites and Content Management Systems (CMS), as well as to design and develop software and application-based projects in accordance to best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Daily working touches on all aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle for projects in all stages of development ranging from requirements gathering, coding, testing, maintenance and refactoring.
  
• Troubleshooting production problems related to those software applications.
  
• Supporting and maintaining WordPress CMS based website.
  
• Designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing websites and applications.
  
• Communicating effectively with supervisors in order to provide feedback, risk analysis, project status, and change requirements to ensure project objectives are being met and informing of any potential impacts on schedule.
  

Requirements

• Methodical, detail oriented, efficient, organized, highly productive and a true self-starter.
  
• Strong desire to learn and take ownership of results.
  
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and prioritize responsibilities.
  
• Able to speak and write in English.
  
• Technology savvy and familiar with internet technologies and website operations.
  
• Proficient with website creation/maintenance tools.
  
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, PHP, MySQL.
  
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or relevant fields.
  
• 1 - 3 years of experience in designing and building websites and web portals across multiple browsers and platforms.
  
• Experience in web implementation, maintenance and management.
  
• Experience in integrating designs to applications.
  
• Knowledge of Linux server and window server maintenance & setup.
  
• Knowledge of best practices on the web.
