A national event management and creative company located at the prestigious Senayan-Pakubuwono area in Jakarta, is searching for suitably qualified candidates of high integrity to fill the following positions:

ACCOUNT MANAGER

1. A good reference is a must;
2. Maximum 35 years old. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from anyfields. Actractive and have a pleasant personality;
3. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree. Preferably a good looking Female;
4. More than 3 years experience in sales and marketing field, with proven achievement of sales and business targets
5. 2 years experience in middle managerial level or 1 years in the similar position at a reputable and Medium to Large Company, specializing in Event Management/Organizer, Brand Activation or Below The Line Agency, Advertising Agency, Public Relation or Integrated Marketing Agency, Banquet Sales at Hotel, Off-air Division at Radio, Television, Cafe and Entertainment or equivalent;
6. Competencies in key areas of sales & marketing, knowing the flow of event management production, creative and client-servicing;
7. Willing to maintain intimacy with clients and understand their profile, needs and wants now and in the future
8. Have experience in managing client in FMCG, Telco, Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, Government, Automotive company, Oil & Gas segments;
9. Communication skill, negotiation, presentations and demonstration skill is a must;
10. Understand and are conversant in digital marketing resources including (search, display, social media, website content);
11. Fluent in English (oral and written) and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must;
12. Competent to design, plan, execute and monitor sales and marketing strategies, goals and actions to reach the peak performance and net profit margin;
13. An eagerness to learn and ability to pick up new programs and concepts quickly;
14. A fast learner, positive attitude, proactive thinking, discipline, result oriented, good team work, and able to work under pressure;
