Sebuah casual-dinning restaurant yang akan dibuka pada pertengahan 2015 di daerah Jakarta Selatan membutuhkan : Manager / Pastry Chef / Executive Chef dengan syarat & job desc sebagai berikut :
Manager
Job Description:
- Melaksanakan tugas rutin sebagai Restaurant Manager
- The Manager is able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.
- Mengerti dengan baik seluruh kitchen operations
- Mengawasi & Mengelola karyawan restaurant (Kitchen, Bar & Floor)
- Mengawasi cara pelayanan di Restaurant
- Menangani Keluhan/Complain Customers di Restaurant
- Menyusun Konsep Promosi & Marketing Restaurant
- Memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs dan biaya - biaya lain yang dikeluarkan perusahaan.
- Contracted Vendors (pest control, cleaning services, mechanical service teams, etc) are his/her responsibility to coordinate.
- Acts as the liaison between the holding office and the local building management for day to day activities.
- Expected to take an active role in coordinating local store marketing.
Persyaratan :
- Pria / Wanita usia maksimal 40 tahun
- Pendidikan min. S1/Sederajat, diutamakan yang berlatar belakang pendidikan Pariwisata atau Perhotelan
-Min. 4 years experience managing Restaurant operations
-Highly committed, outgoing, energetic and most importantly, POSITIVE attitude
- Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST
- Must be a highly committed individual
- Well groomed and presentable
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, Loyalitas dan berdedikasi tinggi
- Menguasai Cost Control
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk menyusun konsep pemasaran sekaligus implementasinya
- Service Oriented, mengutamakan pelanggan dan pelayanan yang baik
- Menguasai penggunaan komputer & system yang akan digunakan oleh perusahaan.
Head Chef
Job Description:
-The number one person in the kitchen, the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager assists the Restaurant Manager in managing all day to day kitchen operations.
-He/she is actively in charge to open and close the kitchen and ensures that all food safety and consistency issues are being controlled.
-He/she is responsible for creating the weekly schedule for the kitchen Staff as well as coordinating their monthly training plan.
-The Head Chef is responsible for conducting monthly food inventory and controlling food costs.
-He/she also responsible for maintain the equipment. And generally responsible for hygiene and sanitation for all the kitchen area and crew.
Syarat :
-Male / Female, max. 35 years old
-Minimum of five years experience in food services
-Able to prepare and cook various meals
-Creativity and ingenuity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control
-Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
-Good attitude and communication skill
-Well groomed and presentable
-Willing to work late hours
-Physically and mentally fit
Pastry Chef
Job Desc :
-Planning and execution of the dessert menu
-Development of new designs and recipes
-Creation of signature desserts
-Ordering of supplies and equipment
-Regulation of cooking temperatures
-Setting time cycles for products
-Maintaining a clean and sanitary station
-Keeping the kitchen organized
-Training and mentoring of asistant chef
-Setting and working within a budget
-Coordination with the executive chef on complementary flavors
-Following the latest trends in culinary arts
-Artistically creating showpieces or centerpieces
-Experimentation with new flavors
-Assigning priorities to customer orders
Syarat :
-Male / Female, max. 35 years old
-Minimum of five years experience in food services terutama pada bidang Pastry
-Able to prepare and cook various meals
-Creativity and ingenuity to improve quality, productivity, and cost control
-Prepare and produce high quality food (taste and appearance) using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
-Good attitude and communication skill
-Well groomed and presentable
-Willing to work late hours
-Physically and mentally fit
