for novice, expert, I want to ask about how to build english club in college, especially for in level major. the main object is to make confidence member to speak english, so it's not about how to have good pronounciation.

in my imagine, I want to have focus grop discussion or debate for english club activity, and each meeting each member have a chance to become moderator

do you have any suggestion or better idea than mine ?
