Singapore head-quartered import & export trading company currently opening the following urgent vacant position for their Jakarta office with following details :

IMPORT/EXPORT staff (1 Position)

Requirement(s) :

- Preferable female, max 35 yrs old
(Male applicants are welcome to apply too)
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Having good knowledge of Export & Import shipment documentation
- Previous experience in Shipping Company/Freight Forwarding
- Previous experience to deal with Custom Office is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written & spoken
- Computer savvy with office applications (email,MS Word/Excel/PPoint)
- Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) office
- Working days/hours Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00


Job role scope of responsibilities :

- Import and Export documentation process handling
- Liaise with customers for incoming and outgoing shipment
- Liaise with vendor(s) ie shipping company/forwarding/others
- Product sample & document deliveries
