Summary of Jobdesc:
- Coordinate and maintain the diary of the CEO and other Executive including organising of all appointments, meetings, travel, visa arrangements
- Arrange meeting rooms for internal and external meetings as requested, and in advance for recurring Meetings
- Schedule team meetings, prepare agenda and draft minutes
- Liaise with and support team members business related travel arrangements
- Assist with the coordination of specific events that held by team members
- Process CEO and other Executive expense claim and corporate credit card usage, including maintain relationship with the bank provider of the corporate credit card by become first point contact for unusual usage of corporate credit card
- Create reports as requested by CEO and other Executive
Requirements:
- Female
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree in secretarial or any related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge in computer program, especially Microsoft office
- Have an experience work with expatriate
- Good appearance
- Excellent communication, administration and interpersonal skill
- Hard working, enthusiastic, initiative, responsible, mature, and multi tasking
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Willing to work at Jakarta
