Jobs Description:
1) To be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the administration of the Division, assisting the Director.
2) To ensure that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled
3) To responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical service to the Director
4) To record and transcribe minutes of meetings
5) To draft routine or simple correspondence for the Director as assigned
6) To type correspondence, memorandums, circulars, reports etc
7) To maintain office supplies
To perform special duties in relation with the division when requested
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Excellent proven skills in operating microsoft office (words, excel, power point, outlook, and will be a plus -access) and other related softwares as necessary
• Excellent time management to delivery his/her tasks within in-time delivery with excellent product quality
• To maintain good quality of working productivity/work life balance, job holder shall reside within reasonable distance from work location (kelapa gading, Jakarta Utara)
