Position: Servicing Officer
- Work Experience: 1 year
- Working hours: 10am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints in timely manner
- Search and provide local's and oversea's game news
- To draft and send out approved articles/response to correspondence
- To check translated articles to ensure accurate grammar and vocabulary for gaming industry

Requirements:
- 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in the related working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Computer literate
- Diligent and responsible
- Preferably Online gamer
