Receptionist
Role: Receptionist to carry out day-to-day tasks including answering calls, managing meeting rooms and other ad-hoc administrative tasks to support Office Manager.
Requirements:
  • Female and preferably single.
  • Age maximum 25 years.
  • Minimum two years experience performing receptionist function.
  • Good command in English

ACCOUNTING STAFF
Requirements:
  • S1 degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
  • Female maximum 25 years
  • Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
  • Smart in handling figures and numerous
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and inter personal skills.


Secretary
Requirements:
  • DIII diploma from secretarial college
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as Secretary
  • Good computer skills with English
  • Pleasant Personality and able to work under pressure
