Sales Project

Responsibilities:

1. Will be a full-time position responsible for the implementation and achievement of sales and marketing strategies and targets as stipulated in the Business Unit action plan. The successful candidate will contribute towards the overall profitability of our company.
   
2. Implement sales and marketing strategies and action plans also coordinate sales team to achieve monthly or yearly sales target.
   
3. Monitoring and continuous development of the Business Unit action plan to ensure profitability targets.
   
4. Search and identify sales leads, schedule meetings, attend meetings, create and perform presentations, and interview customers during meetings to understand customer requirements.
   
5. Making report to the Business Unit Manager to ensure updated information for effective cross functional sales and sales progress achievement
   
6. Work effectively with Business Units Managers and staff to propose operational, technical and commercial solutions to customers as part of marketing effort.
   
7. Proactively establish and maintain professional working relationships internally and externally.
   

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, 35-40 years old.
   
2. At least 7 years combined experience in Construction project included Mining – Oil and Gas project, Plantation project or Building Construction
   
3. Experience in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia/Southeast Asia will be an advantage
   
4. Excellent network of relationships in target group of companies in the above sectors.
   
5. Must be an effective, hardworking, and self-motivated
   
6. Able to work independently and as leader in part of a team
   
7. Presentable, personable, and able to help build reputation as a company
   
8. Required skills: Sales & Marketing, Communication, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Presentation, Commercial & Financial.
   
9. Excellent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
   
10. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, marketing, business administration, or other related fields.
