In windows xp most of the people were using Internet Explorer 6 to excess internet. After release of windows vista with Internet Explorer 7, people do not want to use Internet Explorer and they generally prefer to Firefox. It has only one reason due to slowness. Again in Windows 7 Microsoft came with Internet Explorer 8. It gives us lots of security but slow browsing. Generally people want fast browsing so that they prefer Firefox or Chrome.

But now Microsoft strong determination with Internet Explorer 9 gives us fast browsing. But l like more tweaks to get best performance and more fastness which every people wants. If you like manual tweaks then follow these steps.

But it is the time to Speed Up your Internet Explorer 9 through TuneUp. Create your profile according to your internet access and rest of the thing TuneUp will do for you.

Step 2: Turn off the TLS encryption option to Speed up your Internet Explorer 9

First go to Advance tab in Internet Options and turn off the TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption option. Here to fix problem with some secure pages turn on the SSL 2.0 (Secure Sockets Layer) feature and click Ok button to close it.

Step 3: Turn off auto tuning to Speed up your Internet Explorer 9

In windows 7, the TCP auto tuning feature is enabled by default. Some web servers do not respond properly to this feature, so it appears that some sites open with very slow speed. To disable this feature, you will need to be logged into your computer with administrative rights. First, click on Start button and type cmd and right-click on Run as Administrator. At Command Prompt, type the following command and press enter.
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel= disabled

This command will disable the TCP autotuning feature. Now close the command Prompt and restart your computer after any changes to go into effect. You can easily restore these setting by typing the following command at Command Prompt.
Step 4: Take back your bandwidth to Speed up your Internet Explorer 9
Another unnecessary default setting that windows 7 (and actually XP and Vista as well) comes with is a 20% reserve of your available bandwidth in order to accommodate certain applications like Windows Update. This tweak is a pretty common one most old-school users of XP already know  its not at all detrimental and you can immediately gain 20% of your bandwidth back, increasing Internet performance significantly. This is called the QoS Reserve Bandwidth Limit, and to reduce this on any version of Windows 7 you need to edit the registry.

Go to Start and type regedit. In Regedit, navigate to

Right-click on Windows and create a new key called Psched,

Then right click on the right and create a new DWORD entry. Name it NonBestEffortLimit and set the value to zero to disable reserve bandwidth.

Step 4: Increase DNS Cache to Speed up your Internet Explorer 9

This tweak is one that anyone should do anyway, as it can significantly save time while surfing the web, especially if you tend to visit the same sites often. What the DNS cache does is store information retrieved from the name servers (IP information) so that the next time you visit the same site, your browser doesnt have to waste time retrieving the same information from the DNS servers. You can optimize this by increasing the size of your DNS cache.
Go to Start and type regedit. In Regedit, navigate to

And then right click on the white space at the right and add four DWORD values:

After checking a list of sites for the optimum setting for these values, the consensus seems to be decimal settings of CacheHashTableBucketSize to 1, CacheHashTableSize to 384, MaxCacheEntryTtlLimit to 64000 and MaxSOACacheEntryTtlLimit to 301.When youre done making all of the changes above, restart your computer and when it boots back up youll find yourself with a Windows 7 PC that screams on the Internet.
Step 5: Disable your unnecessary add-on to Speed up your Internet Explorer 9

Add-ons, also known as ActiveX controls, browser extensions, browser helper objects, or toolbars, can improve your experience on a website by providing multimedia or interactive content, such as animations. Add-ons increase the time it takes to start browser, open a new tab or navigate to websites. However, some add-ons can cause your browser to stop responding or display content that you don't want, such as pop-up ads. If you suspect that browser add-ons are affecting your web surfing then you can disable some or all add-on. Following up on a report from earlier this year that toolbars and other add-ons were a major source of instability in Internet Explorer, IE9 keeps a stern eye on your add-ons and will warn you when one is unnecessarily slowing down your browser.
