Shazam! Fury of the Gods is an upcoming American superhero film based on the DC Comics character Shazam. Produced by New Line Cinema, DC Films, The Safran Company, and Mad Ghost Productions, and set for distribution by Warner Bros. Pictures, it is intended to be the sequel to Shazam! (2019) and the twelfth film in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU).  It is directed by David F. Sandberg from a screenplay by Henry Gayden and Chris Morgan. The film will star Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Djimon Hounsou, Rachel Zegler, Helen Mirren, and Lucy Liu.
