Shikamaru
Sang ayah
Despite the fact that Shikamaru was disinterested in hard work, he trained with his father whenever he was summoned. Shikamaru is a naturally talented genius, but much of his strategic and fighting capabilities are credited to his father’s teachings.

Dr. Watson’s summary list of Sherlock Holmes’s strengths and weaknesses:
“1. Knowledge of Literature: Nil.
2. Knowledge of Philosophy: Nil.
3. Knowledge of Astronomy: Nil.
4. Knowledge of Politics: Feeble.
5. Knowledge of Botany: Variable. Well up in belladonna, opium, and poisons generally. Knows nothing of practical gardening.
6. Knowledge of Geology: Practical but limited. Tells at a glance different soils from each other. After walks has shown me splashes upon his trousers, and told me by their colour and consistence in what part of London he had received them.
7. Knowledge of Chemistry: Profound.
8. Knowledge of Anatomy: Accurate but unsystematic.
9. Knowledge of Sensational Literature: Immense. He appears to know every detail of every horror perpetrated in the century.
10. Plays the violin well.
11. Is an expert singlestick player, boxer, and swordsman.
12. Has a good practical knowledge of British law.”
Sherlock only bothers to learn subjects that contribute to his work. As a detective, botany and chemistry help him identify substances. Geology helps him analyze crime scenes. Anatomy helps him examine bodies. Violin helps him think and concentrate. Martial arts help him defend himself. Law helps him evaluate the legal repercussions of a crime.
These subjects don’t exist in a vacuum — they interrelate. By becoming an expert in each of them, and connecting one subject with the others, Sherlock gained a unique skill set that made him an incredibly effective detective.
On the other hand, philosophy, astronomy, and politics make no difference whatsoever to his work. Neither does literature — save for sensational literature, which helps him imagine and establish a pattern between various crimes. Since these fields of study aren’t particularly useful to his work, Sherlock erases them from his mind, freeing space for ones that matter.
While our brain is a wondrous instrument of learning, it does have its limits. Therefore, to make the most of our cerebral capacity, it’s best to curate what we digest. Keep the substance, discard the fluff.
Sherlock’s brain attic is also referred to as a “mind palace” in the BBC series — and it does have some grounding in real science.
In their book, The Hippocampus as a Cognitive Map, psychologists John O’Keefe and Lynn Nadel describe the method as follows:
“In this technique the subject memorizes the layout of some building, or the arrangement of shops on a street, or any geographical entity which is composed of a number of discrete loci. When desiring to remember a set of items the subject ‘walks’ through these loci in their imagination and commits an item to each one by forming an image between the item and any feature of that locus. Retrieval of items is achieved by ‘walking’ through the loci, allowing the latter to activate the desired items.”

"I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious."
Einstein’s curiosity drove him as a child, adult and older man to pursue scientific ideas and projects that are still applicable today, such as his famous Theory of Relativity.
Albert Einstein worked 10 hours a day, six days a week for years. He demonstrated a tremendous ability to focus on the work for extended periods and apply himself to big thinking.
Self-tracking will help you see where your time actually goes.
Einstein knew how to work hard, but he also knew how and when to take some time off to recharge.
Einstein was famous for engaging in thought experiments whereby he imagined himself riding along a light beam and in an elevator falling from space.
In other words, Einstein didn’t wait for his Theory of Relativity to drop on top of him like manna from heaven.
Instead, because he cultivated a habit of doing the work consistently, he was able to recognize the value of new ideas when they emerged from the back of his mind.
Einstein demonstrated an aptitude for stoicism. Rather than dwelling on setbacks in his life like a difficult marriage and a career that took years to ignite, he used those obstacles as motivation to pursue his scientific ideas on the side.
For example, as a young man he couldn’t get a job at a university to support his family and pursue his scientific ideas. So Einstein took a role in a Swiss patent office.
This kind of conformity motivated Einstein to work even harder on his scientific projects and papers during his free time.
Albert Einstein
Artinya, ia selalu berusaha untuk menghidupi hidup sepenuhnya
