Inter are at work to consolidate their squad and bring in more options for Conte to choose from. For the defence, the Nerazzurri held meetings with the agents of bastoni and Darmian.
Discussions are ongoing over a contract extension for Bastoni, and the parties are confident that an agreement can be reached, especially after Thursday's meeting.
Another defender that could join the Nerazzurri in the coming weeks is Parma's Matteo Darmian. The two clubs had a gentlemen agreement that obliged Inter to acquire the former Manchester United's player this summer for €2.5 million. Darmian considers himself already an Inter player and his agents have tried to understand Inter's plans. The Nerazzurri have confirmed that they will honor the agreement, but what remains to be seen is the timing and the formula of the transfer, especially if the player will join his new club already during this transfer window.

Cuma harus ngehargain gentlemen agreement dgn parma nih, klo gak bisa repot kedepannya. Parma cukup baik utk tempat sekolah dan mereka juga kemarin nebus karamoy. Meski akibatnya pemain inter yg main disana jadi ngerepotin inter kedepannya, wkwkwk.
