please never as ever to lower your senses towards daily diet... try to avoid protein that usually in the same package with fat...
i got remembered that my Papah always ate foods and supplements enriched with omega 3... Papah has passed away because this cornory artery too... he was struggling much and have to consuming daily statin meds not to mention that he also deal with cardiology and angiology...
and yeah, i can understand why it called angin duduk because experiencing heavy breaths... due to heart that need to do extra work to pumping blood while some blood vessels and main arteries got blocked with its clots... i learn bout this disease as many as i can since i also haunted by it, afraid that would be passed to me...

that city is one of the most cities ive to visit so frequently for the job matters... and one of my favorite daily diet is fish meatball that inspired from empek2 xixixixix...
i always love to eat tekwan companied with a bowl of red beans in "Vico or Akiun restaurant"
and i'd always miss the palembang's cultural cuisines like that fish soup pindang pagagan which is tasted sour, a bit sweet and hot, right? and the snack too, its kerupuk kemplang from fish or shrimps
