[Ask] exfat atau NTFS
Gan. Baru beli harddisk external Seagate. Pas mau diformat disitu tersorot exfat. Kira2 ane format pake exfat atau jadiin NTFS?
Kalo dari web Seagate soal exfat:
exFAT: generally compatible with Mac and Windows. exFAT is not a journaled file system which means it can be more susceptible to data corruption when errors occur or the drive is not disconnected properly from the computer.

Jika hdd external itu cuma mau di pakai untuk PC windows lebih baik pilih NTFS tapi kalo juga mau di pakai ke Mac bagus pilih exFAT.
Ini karena jika di format NTFS dan di pakai ke Mac nanti file di hdd external hanya bisa di baca Mac tapi tak bisa di delete.
Untuk bisa delete file hdd external di Mac harus pakai format exFAT.
