FlowerAdvisor came about as a result of a prominent absence of a single strong brand in Asia for International Flower & Gifts Delivery. Online users found it a struggle to discover a trusted 24 hour delivery flowers & Gifts site which can be replied upon to send flowers, hampers and gifts to their loved ones anywhere in the world. FlowerAdvisor has a network of florists which are located in more than 111 countries in the world, thus makes FlowerAdvisor as one of the biggest E Commerce Player in Asia that specializes in Flowers & Gifts 
Currently PT. Aldmic Indonesia are expanding and are seeking for Highly caliber & motivate candidates to fill the following position. 



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating design base on personality of Company
  
• Develop design concept,graphic & layout for website
  
• Assist entire marketing activities to market a product
  
• Estimate time requires to ensure deadline
  
• Creating exciting content, community management and development of social media strategy for different social media channels
  
• Contribute and develop creative ideas
  
• Monitoring communities, delivering appropriate and engaging responses
  
• Work with other teams to generate strong , seamless digital campaigns
  
• Preparing reports and analysis
  
• Become a social media account admin (post and answer questions)
  

Requirements:

• Maximum 30 years old
  
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Art/design/creative multimedia, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Media , Mass Communications or equivalent
  
• Minimum 2 year experience in the same position
  
• Active in social media
  
• Skillfull in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Psd, Photography, motion graphic/video editing
  
• Writing skill (Creative writing) and articles editing
  
• Have knowledge of design discipline including layout, typography and color theory
  
• Eager learn in ES E N S O Rmerce
  
• Creative by nature, innovative, multitasking, details oriented, responsible and proactive
  
• Familiar and Expert  with Instagram,Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Linkedin , Youtube
  
• Creatice and have many ideas for IG an FB Post
  
• Have widely knowledge and Trend Up-to-Date
  
• Having English Ability (writing & reading)
  
• Good personality, discipline, quick learner
  
• Positive attitude, high commitment
  
• Able to work in a team & under pressure
  
• Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
  
• Willing to work on Jakarta Barat
  
• Good Portfolio
