Grand Master: Players with the same role earn more experience and get a boost if he is captain.
Bandiera: Superstar, General and Grand Master effects apply, plus a bonus to all income.
Legend: Superstar, General and Grand Master effects apply, plus a bonus to all team development.

Star = Youth Player = Maestro = Leader. Sebetulnya semua ini satu level, tapi beda2 efeknya
Jangan salah artikan kalau Maestro itu pasti level tinggi dibanding yang lain

Paling penting sering2 mainin dia dan harus bagus, minimal rating 6.5 kalau mau cepat naik level.
Hal yang paling bikin gue bingung itu pemain yang gak dapat player role padahal udah bagus mainnya.... tapi kadang2 dapat juga sih.
Jadi kalau mau gampang, cari pemain yang punya role.
