Below you can find an alternative way if you don't have any Heavy Hides at all, which is usually the case, since Heavy Hide has pretty low drop rate. But if for example you can get 5 Heavy Hides, you should stop making Barbaric Leggings at 195 and start making Guardian Gloves.

You will also need 26 Fel Scales later in the guide, so if you have skinning and you farm the leathers, I recommend you to visit my Fel Scale farming page first. You will get some Knothide Leather while farming Fel Scales, so you need to farm fewer Knothide later.
