Requirements:
Min Education S1
Having Experiences in compensation and benefit min 2 years
Well known about tax regulation
Responsible and attention to detail
Able to operate MS Office (Especially Excel) is a must
Have a good communication with other departement
Willing to work overtime
 
Duties and Responsibilities :
Calculates and provides data regarding commission ( fix commission, variable commission, quarterly commission) for Avrist’s seller
Calculates and provides data regarding commission for fee base incomes business partner.
Calculates Tax for sellers and business partner’s commission.
Calculates and provides renewal commission data for seller and business partner.
Provides report for termination and promotion / career path for seller.
Provides data report for Pending Policy and issued policy to business partner.
Received invoice note from business partner and distribute to Financial Dept/ collection.
