akhirnya solved juga masalah lag di PC ane 
,padahal spek ane sangat mumpuni buat game ini, tadinya ane cuma bisa maen dengan settingan low,tapi sekarang udah bisa maen pake setting High + SweetFX Ultra Graphic 
Ini cara bisa dicoba buat agan agan (disini ane make vga radeon)
1.Ini Settingan Cataylist ane
2.Download "PES2014 File Loader_1.0.0.4_Full_Jenkey100" (cari di google)
Taro isi folder nya di main directory PES 2015 nya
3.Terus buka "File loader config.exe" (Run As Admin) terus bikin kaya gini
Ubah Settingan game nya ke high Play deh
kalo emang masih ngelag mungkin emang udah ga kuat gan
Cara supaya tampilan AMD Catalyst sama seperti ane :
