Terkait Pemisahan Balance Uinvest dan Balance UICloud :

Dear PPI, I would like to draw your attention that is was said "all earnings from TOPs' projects will be guaranteed by cash".

It means these are the earnings from the projects TOPs have brought and sold on their sites. We would like to emphasize the fact if you are a shareholder of a TOP's project, you can be sure all earnings that will be paid for your share are guaranteed by cash.

This statement becomes obvious due to the fact that business owners pay earnings for their projects to TOPs in cash. About a separate balance. Every uinvestor will see earnings from TOPs' projects in a separate field in his cabinet.

E.g. My UI balance is 100, and in addition to it, my earnings from one of the TOP's projects equal 30. So in my cabinet I will not see 130, but two amounts of 100 and 30.

My earnings, which equal 30 are guaranteed by cash, and can be withdrawn any time.

As soon as you have mentioned about a TOP fund, let me explain you its purpose. A TOP fund is nothing but a tool which helps a TOP collect UI balance from uinvestors.

Every TOP fund has their own terms of mutual settlements between a TOP fund and investors. E.g. a TOP fund has its commission, payout periodicity, size, etc. In this case, all mutual settlements are done only between a TOP and investors.

BOs' payments are not related to TOP fund's functionality. Thank you for your costant attention.

Balance Uinvest di pisah dengan Balance UIClouds, secara teknis adalah memang untuk membedakan bahwa, Balance UIClouds di BACKED ASSET oleh TOP Cash Guaranteed.

Sedangkan Balance Uinvest, di BACKED ASSET oleh Affiliates Companies, dari Dana Olds BOs.

Balance Uinvest dijadikan Jaminan oleh UInvest, bagi TOPs yg ingin Submit Own Project, sedangkan Balance UI yg digunakan untuk memodali New BOs dari Uinvest adalah dengan menggunakan Rasio 80/20. dimana 80% adalah UI Balance.

Dana Olds BOs akan dilepas setelah UI Balance menemukan Keseimbangannya. Ini bisa dilihat dari Pergerakan Komisi, Lama Pembayaran dan Pergerakan Likuiditas dari UI Balance itu sendiri.

UI Clouds sudah di rencanakan sejak tahun 2012 kemarin.

Dimana menurut Alex PR, UICloud terlambat sekitar 3-4 bulan, dari LR Crash. Seandainya tdk terlambat mungkin masalah WDr tdk akan muncul sd menimbulkan Panic Selling seperti ini

Sure, would love to clarify.

First of all, one should separate UInvest and UIcloud.

UInvest is a marketplace which connects investors and business owners, it has own commitments to be fulfilled and this will be done regardless of success of any projects we initiate.

UIcloud is a franchise project aimed to stimulate development of UInvest-like platforms all over the world. As a result, there will be plenty of marketplaces like UInvest and all of them will have own customers and commitments.

Second. Nobody in the world has done anything like this yet and it will take a lot of time to create anything like we have done.

1st reason is a product: because Uinvest is the only platform in the world that allows clear and understandable business model for investors allowing them to get profit.

Some other platforms may also allow to earn but they either have to hide it behind different kinds of "bonuses" (which makes it non obligatory to pay) or they have to hire a broker and be bounded by local low (limits for investors again - country, income etc).

It is not because we are smarter than everyone in this world, we are not. It's because we started early when we knew nothing about crowdfunding and developed product as we wanted.

And because the product became huge it is easier for us to divide it in parts and assign each part to different jurisdiction and, thus, be legal, instead of adjusting the whole thing to different laws of different countries.

2nd reason is inability to secure investors. I bet lots of folks still think about the dilemma we thought a year ago of: if we want businesses to post projects easily we must not put many limits and if we want investors to invest in those businesses we must put lots of limits for businesses.

Mainly it concerns security deposits, of course.
How to back up investors' funds by businesses' commitments was the main question.

When rate of UI currency fell the solution became obvious: cheap UI money is easy to get, hence, it is easy for a franchisee to secure his business project, on the other hand, the rate will increase in value as more projects arrive making the former cheap money expensive and securing investors deposits.

Funny enough, but without "summer crash" we wouldn't be able to launch TOP franchisee projects well, at least it would be much more difficult.

Thus, to answer sioglobal I said no, because one shouldn't mess Uinvest and Uicloud.

TOPs at Uicloud use today's short temporary opportunity to collect Ui balance at low price to secure their business projects but it has nothing to do with Uinvest's commitments.

However, it definitely is a unique win-win-win situation for everyone:

TOPs may post own projects at lower price, investors feel safe as the value of Uinvest units is obviously growing and Uinvest feels better as this growing value means less pressure on withdrawals = more happy customers.

With regards to monthly baskets - it's a technical question which I suppose will be naturally resolved by TOPs themselves as nobody wants to lose commission on transactions, nor you neither they.

Ada Pemisahan antara Uinvest dan UIClouds. Karena memang beda dari Tujuan Pasarnya. Meskipun memakai Currency yg sama. Dan UI Clouds butuh UI Balance, untuk dijadikan Deposit dan untuk melindungi Bisnis mereka dari Kerugian (Di Locked, Modal + Jaminan + Earning Project).

Dimana TOPs diberi kesempatan sementara (temporer) untuk bisa mengcollect Balance UI di harga rendah/murah. Dan sama sekali tidak ada pengaruhnya bagi Komitmen Uinvest.

Karena bagi Uinvest yg terpenting adalah tdk terjadi CRASH atau RUSH.
Dan tdk ada Pressure dari Permintaan WDr yg bisa menyebabkan hal itu terjadi.....

Uinvestor merasa aman dan nyaman, karena value dari UI Balance terus bertumbuh, tekanan semakin berkurang dan makin banyak HAPPY INVESTOR....
