Alex PR: Current FPs who work with BOs and Aff. companies' money also participate in this process. So they will give more wds comparing to other FPs, they will accumulate more balances. Thus you might see their names soon.

International Conference has nothing to do with this. An interesting thing, but for italian investors, there is no problem with wd. We would like to share their experience with everyone at our International Meeting Conference. March 14-15

Our Franchise has nothing to do with the wd issue. It was announced long time ago. Some people may have a question : " I see how it will work with future projects, but what about the existing ones"?

Existing business projects will stay with current AFPs ( no business owner wants to change the existing partner, of course). And UI will resolve the wd issue step by step which has nothing in common with the future model.

You can see that solutions are in your hands and let's build our future together.

Mazylis2000: UI web will stay as it is. And as soon as franchise holders will make their own clientele and grow up to Business Package, when almost everything can be done by them, UI will keep working on the existing issue.

So, we have to segregate the Franchise Model (which was planned long time before the LR crash) and a temporary wd issue. It can be resolved only by increasing liquidity.

Alex means the cards will be offered by our regional banks for e.g. " Deutsche Bank" or "Sparkasse", can u tell us some about UIC italy ? or give us more pics, videos . I alrdy see some. it was a brilliant conference in Italy. Among our guests there were two Mayors, President of the Chamber of Commerce, the bank's CEO, BOs, the national press. First we expected to have 150 people, but it turned out we had 287 guests.

Pictures will be published in our Friday newsletters, we had an online broadcasting. Today Simone gave an interview for the national radio. This convention got a vast fame in Italy. It was flawless, it was perfect! In March we are planning to arrange an international conference for 1000 people.

It will last for two days. And by the way, for you, as a German, around those dates the German national football team will be our neighbors in the next-door hotel. But prior that event I have some plans to have a conference in Thailand. Let's see if it works out. This is sort of an invitation to Thai clients to participate in the event arrangement in their country.

1. We have 17 Tops out of 30 possible. I do not have the exact number of distributors, as some of the TOPs create their groups by themselves.
2. Around 120K.
3. It means that if a person does not want to participate in the future activity, s/he should have an option to sell their activities to those who know how to use them. E.g. balances will be necessary for the future obligations purchases.

Thanks for your answered Alex, i understand if we give wd for the deviden such as 5months so that means the fresh money that we got, we give back to that client again, and it's not problem for me as long as it's help uinvest to make circulation of fresh money, but what happened after 5 month ? you said wd problem will be solve, yes.. i hope so..

you are definitely right and I also believe that words cannot be compared to any official agreement and when we work with money, people prefer to see written guarantees.

That's the point I always agree with. But this is also an impossible task to complete( mean to give such written agreements). being our client you can compare how it was in the past and how it is now.

At least you can see our efforts. Let's also agree that banks and brokerages do not make agreements with anybody. They thoroughly study their potential clients. And only if they approve the advantage of their further cooperation, they proceed. And we have such partners despite the fact we acknowledged a wd-issue.

1) The main option/difference of the business package is that the owner can list a project and manage its funds. It is available now. But of course, there is a set of important additions I mentioned earlier and we expect to give them during January or in the beginning of February.

I saw some reply on DD at Forum Once we see the demand on UI balance is adequate to its real value (and we know this value since businesses keep working) we will release the funds either to affiliated companies, or, which is preferable, to uinvestors who will be ready and capable to process them. As you understand, these two things are connected.
