Menggaris bawahi saja, cek point yg penting : Topik MC kemarin sepertinya lebih terkait dengan TOPs.

TOPs merupakan Transformasi dari SFPs ==> AFPs ==> TOPs,
dan bisa juga merupakan Transformasi dari RM (GUN) ==> TOPs.

It means, if you sent a project to GUN several months ago, and you are still waiting for response, then now, upon obtaining a TOP status, you will receive an answer within 4-5 business days.

If I were an agent before, and sent a project, and now I am a distributor, then I can become a TOP and manage my project on my own.

So if you submitted your project to GUN in the past, and you are still waiting for their response, please send us an email, and we will provide you a program about how to list your project within 4-5 days

Together with the TOP status, you receive a website, and here we have a new feature for you. Your project will have an opportunity to be sold on the websites of other TOPs too.

This means that a client can see the project on the other site, but when he clicks to buy and pay, he will be connected directly to me (or my FP) to make a payment

Example :

TOP A sells his project through his package. He wants to expand his clientele and asks TOP B to list TOP A's project on his website. At the same time TOP A informs UInvest that if someone sells an obligation of his project, that person will get 5 bucks

A client comes to the web of TOP B, and wants to buy an obligation of TOP A's project. When he clicks "Buy", he gets connected to TOP A, who get his money (because this is his project). And TOP B gets 5 bucks automatically due to TOP A's affiliate program.

We can see that TOP B earned money by doing very little.That is why we think that if you are a TOP, and you have your clientele, you can earn good money by listing projects of other TOPs. Thus all TOPs get connected.

Primary sales is when TOPs sell obligations. But clients can also trade TOPs' shares among themselves. By this means, we get a mini TOP market, where clients can trade or exchange shares. In this case a TOP can even create his currency.

Someone worried about bitcoins, some about US dollar. TOPs can create their own currency and use it for mutual settlements. And we will provide all technical solutions, moreoverwe already have them. we have to arrange them properly together with you.


Kesimpulan :

1. RM (GUN) bisa menjadi TOPs untuk submit Project atau Own Project. Dimana sebelumnya berbulan bulan, sekarang dipercepat dalam 4-5 hari (dengan jaminan UI Balance).

2. Penjualan Obligasi dari TOPs bisa melalui Distributor, bisa juga melalui Others TOPs,dimana nanti kerjasama antar TOPs ada insentif-nya.
Pembelian Obligasi dan pembayarannya, bisa langsung (direct) ke TOPs ybs atau FPs yg ditunjuk oleh TOPs tsb.

3. TOPs dengan PP masing masing, bisa mempunyai Mini Market dari Obligasi dan Sahamnya, demikian juga bisa mempunyai Currency sendiri terkait dengan mode add/wdr-nya.

ngortan: let's be clear. There are two types of projects: projects coming from UI, and projects coming from TOPs.

All existing projects within UI as well as the future ones will not experience difficulties, becuase the liquidity issue will be resolved. E.g. one of our TOPs collected 2mln of UI balance with 80% commission.

It's a nice deal, and we will see many more similar deals, but obviously with a lower fee. Projects submitted by TOPs are manages by TOPs.

What is the funds flow there? This is the question for TOPs. We gave TOPs a tool, and how they use it depends on them only. In that case we minimize risks

uzdokie: It's quite not applicable TOPs' earnings as cheating. Most likely you missed the topic when we discovered cheaters a couple of months ago.

People give you something yoou do not have and charge you for that. We find it reasonable and businewise. But of course you know it yourself, but between the lines I can see that you want a commission fee to be lower, and there are all grounds for this.

With the latest options, the number of TOPs will be increased, as well as the number of their funds. The more demand, the lower fees

We always said it was a temporary solution, but I still can understand some indignation of some SFPs.

This fund brought some relief, and we hoped for more happy feedbacks from those who succeeded with their operations. We received them, and thank you to those who made them. But these feedbacks drowned in the sea of complaints regarding those people who used 25$ scripts.

This fund will be probably remembered not by wds it made, but for script writers, and AFPs who did not fulfil their obligations. Of course, not all of them. E.g. we had Barbara, who was an AFP, and who fully complied with her obligations, and now we enjoy cooperating with such an honest client.

The fight with consequences cannot be successful if the reasons are ignored.

Secara Teknis, Barbara adalah AFPs yg bertransformasi menjadi TOPs.
Dan mempunyai 6 Level Distributor.

Affiliated Financial Companies hanya mengalirkan Dana Deviden Eksisting BOs ke AFPs(TOPs) atau menjadi TOPs dan membuat Rantai Dana sendiri.

Seleksi untuk menjadi AFPs adalah dimulai dari menjadi SFPs.
Demikian AFPs bisa langsung menjadi TOPs.

TOPs yg baru masih dalam tahap diseleksi dalam hal melayani WDr clientnya terkait dengan Obligasi Project yg Direct to BOs.

I think the business package is QUITE stunning Uinvest, well done, I just don't like the franchise system because there is a LEAK, in that it works with cash, what will happen if tops or distributor makes a run? It leaves the bottom person with no cash, I recently submitted ticket asking about this and Vlad said Uinvest cannot replace the cash, only the balance, this is frightening Alex, a good example would be 072 but even this case is solved successfully there is a chance it will happen in future. Thanks

Saya pikir paket bisnis CUKUP menakjubkan Uinvest, dilakukan dengan baik, saya hanya tidak suka sistem waralaba karena ada LEAK di dalam, bahwa ia bekerja dengan uang tunai, apa yang akan terjadi jika TOPs atau distributor kabur?

Ia meninggalkan orang dibawah tanpa uang tunai, saya baru saja mengirimkan tiket menanyakan tentang hal ini dan Vlad mengatakan Uinvest tidak dapat menggantikan uang tunai, hanya BALANCE-nya saja, hal ini menakutkan Alex, contoh yang baik dan terjadi adalah tentang 072 tetapi walaupun kasus ini diselesaikan dengan sukses, tapi ada kemungkinan itu akan terjadi di masa depan. terima kasih

1) as tops will deal with BO funds directly now, how is the legal things proceed in this regard. most of the banks in different countries don't allow to transfer big amounts. they will ask for liscence nd other things. just an agreement with the BO is not enough. if i am not wrong 072 is also dealing with same problem with bank of thailand.if some one becomes top from my country(INDIA), THEN bank will never give such permissions to transfer big amounts in usd or any other foreign currency.banks are very much strict about AML(anti money laundering).even though uinvest never breaks any law but still many companies are already facing problems regarding or have already stopped working due to all [links disabled]how everything will be managed in legal and appropiate manner for the long run.?at the time of joining uinvest, i had the option of immigrating to canada, but i peronally choose to invest and make my carrier with uinvest, rather than moving to canada. really wish my this decision will prove to be wise. after all ups and downs,now i hope uinvest won't disappoint me in the end.would like to see myself and everyone growing with uinvest

1 ) sebagai TOPs akan berurusan dengan dana BO langsung saat ini, Bagaimana hal-hal hukum bisa dilanjutkan dalam hal ini. Sebagian besar bank di berbagai negara tidak memungkinkan untuk mentransfer jumlah besar . mereka akan meminta liscence nd hal-hal lain .

Hanya kesepakatan dengan BO tidak cukup . jika saya tidak salah 072 juga berurusan dengan masalah yang sama dengan bank thailand.

Jika seseorang menjadi TOP dari negara saya ( INDIA ) , MAKA Bank tidak akan memberikan izin tersebut untuk mentransfer jumlah besar dalam usd atau currency banks asing lainnya dan sangat ketat tentang AML . meskipun Uinvest tidak akan pernah mau melanggar hukum tetapi masih banyak perusahaan yang sudah menghadapi masalah tentang atau sudah berhenti bekerja karena semua [ link dinonaktifkan ] bagaimana segala sesuatu akan dikelola secara hukum dan telah sesuai untuk jangka panjang . ? pada saat bergabung dengan Uinvest , saya memiliki pilihan untuk berimigrasi ke Kanada , tetapi saya pribadi memilih untuk berinvestasi dan membuat operator saya dengan Uinvest , daripada pindah ke Canada . you are right when you speak about the existing limitations. You are right when you say that an agreement with a BO is not the same as a license. But I would like to let you know that we have people with such licenses in their countries. Even theoretically we cannot receive licenses in all countries. Therefore the question of a license is to be answered by TOPs, and a client can participate in the obligations purchase, in which country the project is listed. This question is actual for TOPs, so uinvestors are most likely to address it to TOP.
