Hi ZGode,

Financial system that has been implemented at UInvest is based on three participants: BO, Affiliated Company and uinvestor. Affiliated Company is a financial intermediary which deals with funds, its responsibility is to correctly process transactions sending money to BOs from uinvestors and vice versa. They make money taking commissions so the more they process the more they earn. To work with funds at UInvest they need to be trusted, therefore their balance at UInvest is backed by their assets (which can be cash or debentures, whatever makes us confident).

At first that was just one company, then we allowed a few others to join the market. Maybe some of you remember us accepting paypai, cheques, alertpay etc - all of this was result of agreement between Uinvest and those financiers. And yes, LR was the same kind of a deal, too. Then we realized that if we allow uinvestors to join this market we will add more competition (=better terms, wider payment method selection etc) and prepare people for Uinvest franchise which will allow direct linking uinvestors with BOs (making this link working efficiently has been our mission since 2007, by the way). Anyway, this is how FP market was born, last year.

Right from the beginning we realized that last thing FPs want to do is to take into account our mission Of course I don't refer to all of them , but to significantly active number. They wanted to cheat, scam, hack, commit all kinds of crimes and do anything it takes to get their pockets full of money. So we had to postpone our mission and not give them ability to process BO's funds.

Now introduction is over, let me address your questions:

#1 Affiliated Companies receive funds and payout funds when it is clear that these funds were not generated by scam artists, neither were a part of those schemes. As I said, other pay outs are paused because of the mess created by FPs, because many of them are out of business now and because the global attitude to electronic currency has changed since May, 2013. All of this shakes not only you but the whole world of internet finances.

#2 The money will be paid out to its owners, honest uinvestors. After our detailed investigation. Obligations just allow us to set new rules and allow FPs to make money during this period. And, luckily, transform the system to what it must be - safe and all-sufficient marketplace that directly links BOs and uinvestors (UICloud franchise).

Quatermain, UInvest was at this point a few years ago. Yes, we reviewed several models of business development and we realized that all of them depend on location of a broker. Thus, instead of marketplace we would set up dozens of independent companies in different countries, making them to compete with local existing competitors. This has been not our goal.

We went further and started developing a network with instruments to become participant of it. Thus, everyone in the world will be able to be business owner, agent, investor or bank processing finances. No intermediaries but direct links. Combined in one global network safety of business is under control, competition matches best businesses with cheapest money, lots of money making opportunities for everyone etc. We consider it is m ore interesting than creating something that exists hundreds of years.

As you know, Uinvest is a brand name for group of companies and those online investments presented on the website is not the whole business. One of those companies acquired the broker dealer and got an opportunity to work with ukrainian investors. As a result we had very strong reasons to believe that with time we will adjust our business model and will start to work with help of this broker dealer, too. Same time we were in negotiations about purchasing broker dealer in the USA.

Nevertheless, we postponed both directions because we found another, most innovative and efficient way to accomplish our mission - UICloud. With this franchise model we will not deal with securities, hence, broker dealers are not needed. This we will faster penetrate the local markets and build the global network in modern and efficient manner. The UICloud idea was met with great interest by uinvestors and we started to develop it.

Because BOs sign agreements with affiliated companies, all relationship will be regulated by these agreements. It means current projects will be served by the same affiliated companies and it will be so until expiration.

Franchise holders won't need to serve any other funds, the mechanism will be based on FPs who will be dealing with BOs. Franchisee will only select which projects to show on his marketplace and which FP to work with. FPs are the "banks", everything will be concentrated in their hands.

Therefore, hiring just one company has no relation to the business concept we have. I disagree that 'it will never work' because it already does. Just the fact that there was some force major issues doesn't make the business model weak. This is trend, I mean decentralization and crowd funding so it is wise to follow the trend and not to take steps back.

Setty, we are not running hyip here, that is why we have never been interested in shady financial systems which cannot guarantee you anything. They may work well for $100 but they won't work with $1,000,000 daily turnover UInvest has.

You think Payza, LR or STP is something very different then financial partners at UInvest? Same stuff, grown up hyipers.

For a legal entity there is no sense to work with them. If you are legal - go to a bank or paypai if you like online thing. So we never had any choice but to work through companies we have been affiliated with, at least we realize the level of risk and can control it. Easy.

Our Franchise has nothing to do with the wd issue. It was announced long time ago. Some people may have a question : " I see how it will work with future projects, but what about the existing ones"?

Existing business projects will stay with current AFPs ( no business owner wants to change the existing partner, of course). And UI will resolve the wd issue step by step which has nothing in common with the future model.

You can see that solutions are in your hands and let's build our future together.


2) Excalibur: #Q# so, when this SFP or AFP can get money from BO? when you want to realize it?

SFPs, AFPs, FPs, future FPs etc. will be able to work with BOs funds within the frame of UI Financial Franchise System. The terms of cooperation with BOs will be published to all. So you will address such questions as "where BOs money goes" to those FPs.

inhen_Speaking MOTTOs like "give wd" " no money, no honey" etc is very easy, but it is much harder to offer a solution, like how to get rid of cheaters, how to make payment systems legitimate not offshore as they are now, and make them work regularly with investors etc.

9) drsh06: Can I withdraw monthly earning of obligation shares instantly via fp-fund bottom without waiting offers from fp-fund bottom ? UI must encourage uinvestors to buy this obl.

2) As promised by UI there will be direct/indirect WD planning for VIP so when this are going to happen?

1) you will wd money via FPs. Everything should work as it worked before. All wds via FPs.

2) About premium clients. No premarket, it is true. If it looks like a blank spot, not sure. But at this moment I will not be able to offer anything except for premium support.

As for financial aspects...our company cares about premium clients we will have to create attractive offers very soon.

23. to guest 13111: so it looks like it will mainly depend on fresh cash input again, why are you still not using the money you are receiving from BOs to pay out investors? Shouldn't that be the main source?

Alex PR: Current FPs who work with BOs and Aff. companies' money also participate in this process. So they will give more wds comparing to other FPs, they will accumulate more balances. Thus you might see their names soon.

BOs and uinvestors work and always worked via FP. In the past there were only few ones we knew (affiliated companies), now there are plenty of them. But they have always been intermediaries.

Now Uinvest is the one who makes them stay and not run away with money. With UICloud franchise we will accomplish our goal and make it beneficial for everyone to be honest and work correctly eventhough there is no Uinvest. There will be direct links between all participants.
