Rules for 1 Dec Tourney

Rules :
1. Player must bring Original pokemon X Y Cartridge & their own 3DS

2. Disconnecting
In the case of a player disconnecting during a battle, he or she is automatically assumed to lose unless the non-disconnecting opponent chooses to grant a rematch.

3. No Coaching
No coaching, advising, or consulting between players is allowed during the Tourney. Anyone found to be either giving or receiving advice will be disqualified and penalized in the standings. Collaboration on team building before the tournament is acceptable.

4. No Ghost Battling
Do not play matches using someone else's account with or without permission.

5. VS Recorder (semifinal up)
Each battle must have one player with a VS Recorder, and they have to record the battle, and upload it if it's possible. if both player cannot provide VS Recorder please contact judge immidiately (will be required in semi final up).

6. 10 turn rules (prelims)
If After 10 turn the battle did not end, the scoring will be done by comparing remaining non fainted pokemon each player have. The player with more surviving pokemon is the winner. If by anychance the number of remaining pokemon is the same, the match will be decided by sudden death (the first player that knock out enemy pokemon are the winner).

7. Register your pokemon
Each player must register 6 of their pokemon that they will use, and must write down

their stats, ability, and moves (This information would be held by judge and will not be open to public until the tournament is over). Player are not allowed to change their 6 selected pokemon.

8. All battle will be done in normal rules (not flat rules)
Normal rules :Every pokemon will be set to lvl 50.
Flat rules : Every pokemon above lvl 50 will be set to lvl 50.

Ban list:
1. Banned Pokemon: Wobbufet, Wynaut, and all Legendary Pokemon

2. Banned Abilities : Speed Boost, Moody, Drought, Drizzle, SandStream, and Snow Warning (Inc Blaziken & Mega Blaziken, Mega Charizard Y)

Prohibition
1. Species Clause
A player cannot have two of the same Pokémon on their team. For example, a player cannot have two Koffing on his or her team.

2. Sleep Clause
A player cannot put two or more different opposing Pokémon to sleep using attacks that induce sleep to opposing Pokémon.

3. Evasion Clause
A player cannot increase their Pokémon's evasion stat with a move that specifically increases evasion. Items or indirect boosts do not break this clause.

4. Accuracy Clause
A player cannot lower enemy Pokémon's accuracy stat with a move that specifically lower accuracy. Items or indirect boosts do not break this clause. (Muddy water, sand attack included)

5. OHKO Clause
Players cannot use moves that have a chance of instantly KO opposing Pokémon. For example, Horn Drill is an illegal move to have on a Pokémon's move set.

6. Hold Item Clause
Player cannot have 2 or more hold item with the same name in their team.

7. Freeze Clause
player can only have one Pokémon frozen at a time.

Tournament Sequence
1. Preliminary will be done in Rotation Battle Format with 3 Pokemon only.

2. Final will be done in Double/ Triple battle. The format will be randomly selected on place by flipping a coin. Each player use all 6 pokemon.
