Setelah kedua Ball diff dipasang dan disett pake tangan dan main gearnya ga selip, terus setelah itu dipasang di dlm gear box ...
1.Taro mobil supaya ke empat bannya nge-gantung.
2. Nyalain mobil dan tahan roda kanan belakang.
3. Gas kira 30 persen aja selama 1- 3 detik otomatis roda kiri akan berputar balik ( opposite wheel rotation ) ... Kalo putaran balik roda mobil geretek dan kasar berarti sett ball diff teralu keras .... kendorin dikit sampe terasa lebih halus ... kemudian gantian tahan roda kiri gas 30 persen selama 1 - 3 detik dan roda kanan akan berputar balik ...
4.Lakukan sampe sepuluh kalilah bolak balik atau lebih ... setelah itu baru cek putaran balik roda pasti harusnya bertambah enteng ( Ga usah digas )
5. Setelah kedua balldiff sdh di break in .... Angkat bagian depan mobil dan biarkan kedua ban belakang mobil nempel ke tanah, Dalam posisi seperti itu sentak gas 2 - 3 kali dengan 80 % tenaga, perhatikan apakah ball diff belakang selip ? kalo terlalu selip kencengkan sedikit sampe ga selip lagi, tapi tetap jangan di sett terlalu keras sampe bikin putaran balik roda belakang terlalu kasar.
6. Kalo sdh dapat sett baldiff belakang ... sett ball diff depan sedikit lebih keras putaran balik rodanya dibanding putaran balik roda belakang.
7. kalo kita mau tahu kekerasan real set ball diff kita : Tahan kedua roda belakang berbarengan dengan ditahannya spur gear dan saturoda depan ... ( kalo yg ga biasa harus berdua) .... Kemudian putar roda depan yg satunya lagi ... nah itu dia kekerasan yg sebenernya. Buat roda belakang juga berlaku hal yg sama.
Selesai sudah si sacker siap dibejek .... sori oom cerpen-nya kepanjangan

kmrin serpis ball diff,sempet ambil dokumentasi sedikit, tp pas balldiff dibongkar ga ada foto, dah cukup sibuk ama ball 7 buah segedhe kutil semut yg tiba2 nyemprot dari outdrive yg panjang, untung ga ilang
