Than you'll get the certificate that state your legal right to claim your money from UInvest. Whatever happens with our company, you will be treated as a creditor. If a company goes bankrupt its property and all assets are distributed among creditors accordingly to the amount of debt. Thus, the certificates issued and signed by UInvest, with your name on them, make you able to get your investments back.

Penjelasan DD :

Financial system that has been implemented at UInvest is based on three participants: BO, Affiliated Company and uinvestor. Affiliated Company is a financial intermediary which deals with funds, its responsibility is to correctly process transactions sending money to BOs from uinvestors and vice versa.

They make money taking commissions so the more they process the more they earn. To work with funds at UInvest they need to be trusted, therefore their balance at UInvest is backed by their assets (which can be cash or debentures, whatever makes us confident).


3. Earning/Deviden yg ada di Uinvest, Fluktuatif dalam jangka tertentu.
Ini tergantung dari Profit Bisnis ybs. Jadi BUKAN FIXED.

Terkait WDr issue :

Ada yg bisa/ada yg tdk. Kebanyakan tdk bisa.
Utk saat ini, jangan terlalu berharap dahulu utk bisa WDr smoothly.

Ini Kondisi realistis utk saat ini.

Pembayaran Obligasi dari Uinvestor itu ke FPs bukan Uinvest.
(Model Franchise UI)

Deviden saat ini sedang berada di Affiliated Financial Companies.
Dimana "Current" FPs nya yg bekerja sama dengan Affiliate Financial Companies masih dalam posisi HOLD semua pembayaran.
(Bisa cek Penjelasan DD dan Alex PR, di forum)

Karena sedang ada proses Rekonstruksi FPs, yg merubah merubah TOTAL Konsep UI ke arah Franchise UI/UI Clouds.

Selain Pembersihan Fake Account/FPs dan lain lain.

Migrasi System baru selesai Oktober 2013. Treatment Khusus utk VIP ke Premium = November 2013.

Dimana nantinya memungkinkan para FPs membentuk Group = Investment Fund, yg bisa direct langsung ke BOs via Affiliated Financial Companies.

Selama Proses ini berlangsung, WDr dilayani oleh FP Fund (Pop Up sebagai Temporary Solution saat ini). Dengan Supply dari para AFPs/SFPs, dan Demand nya dari Penjualan Obligasi AFPs/SFPs ke Uinvestor. (IN = OUT, Modal = Bukan Deviden).

Sesudah itu, baru Deviden BOs dilepas ke Pasar.
Tentunya setelah semua environtment siap. Alias Franchise UI/UI Clouds, sudah jalan.

Saat ini Pembelian Obligasi, dari FPs (AFPs/SFPs) menggunakan Fresh Cash, tergantung dari Payment Processor, yg ditawarkan oleh FPs tsb.

Ke depan.....bisa menggunakan Balance UI juga.....
Saat ini, Progressnya sedang di Review utk Custom oleh Uinvest.

Utk FRESH CASH, mempunyai kelebihan, yaitu sebagai pembeli Obligasi, Setelah Project Launch....Tiap Bulannya akan mendapatkan tambahan sebesar 5% x Deviden (Bagi Hasil Komisi Deviden dengan UI sd Project Berakhir = Sebagai bentuk Apresiasi, berpartisipasi dengan FRESH CASH), walaupun nantinya saham telah di jual.

As we all know, SPFs had to add 20% of the ob-s price by paying cash. It takes 3-5 business days to come to us. Once it comes, the project will be officially started.

It means that all obligation owners and all uinvestors will be able to sell and buy obligations.

One of our wonderful RMs, Claudio, suggested an idea of giving an option to FPs to sell obligations for balance only or for cash. A nice idea. We will start working on reviewing it thoroughly.

All obligations were sold out within 2min.13 seconds.
