Anyway, as many of you know UInvest is a group of companies each of company is involved in specific activity it makes us stable, legitimate (eventhough there is no law regulating crowdfunding) and successfully developing resource you all know as UInvest, because we work as a marketplace in all around the world we realized it right from the start that we have to separate business activities within UInvest, I mean finances must be taken care by one company, IT stuff by another and so on. Therefore we found partners who helped us to create such entities and time has proven that that was good partnership because everyone is doing its own business where he is an expert.

Why am I telling this? Because that was the logic we followed when created partnership with financial companies that have been facilitating transactions.

To work with uinvestors' a nd business owners' transactions our affiliated financial companies joined us and provided good services using their own means and mechanisms letting us to concentrate on what we know better - maintaining uinvest community.

Then we realized that it could be a good idea to give uinvestors these financial tools, too. Why now? We have no idea what financial instruments people use in India or in Pakistan, it is logical to give them tools to work and make money with their locals, but of course we must trust them, otherwise there can be guys who will try to scam us and uinvestors.

This is how Financial Partners concept was born. First financial partners came year ago and made a lot of money I believe.

Of course there were some who lost because of other scammers, but the main goal was reached: people started working with each other, and they started making money on it.

Year ago we didn't risk to give business owners' transactions to those independent FPs - too much risk and we were uncertain how to manage those risks, so independent FPs were concentreted on uinvestors transactions while 'strategic' funds were still going through trustable FPs.

I tell this because I participated in some discussion on our forum where I realized that many uinvestors don't have understanding of financial system allowing everything to work here.

Maybe this information helped to put something on shelves, if so - I am happy. Anyway, after a few months of intensive work FP system involved lots of participants who started offerring various payment methods.

These FPs were not only usual uinvestors but also professional online financiers with significant resources. Many of them were using Liberty Reserve as their wallet even though it was obvious that LR is not good choice for that.

UPAY

All I say is not about UPay who have the most favorite time to start lol. So this situation works on UPay of course. I am aware of their plans, they are going to be hot stuff very soon and of course they couldn't miss this chance, so they launched quickly.

It can't be a better time for them since 2003. Of course they won't become second LR or PM or whatever since they strictly directed to legitimate work unlike aforementioned guys, but still I am sure of their success even by the end of this year. Anyway, we are not talking about UPay here. There is one item in our plan I want to discuss – FPFund.

Just to make sure everyone gets the idea correctly I am going to give you reason why it was planned, describe structure and development. Those who have been with us for years might remember Fund Manager concept. Fund manager is a special role at UInvest.

It is going to be delivered very soon, not ready yet. But the sense is the following: there are lots of tools inside UInvest, not everything can be understood once one comes at our website. I am sure you agree here lol.

However, those tools really help uinvestors to make money.

Logic is simple: why don't we let people to make money using these tools using other people's money? This is exactly what fund managers do in real life: attract funds, invest, trade etc, make money and then share a tiny profits with you, living a luxury life for themselves. With UInvest you are the boss. You can live any life you want, as long as you know how UInvest works.

And the last thing. We cannot be wrong simply because we generate income. This is something we are 100% confident in.

Therefore, all isues have temporary nature and in any case will be resolved.

But we don't want just let the situation go, we want to benefit on it and become better and stronger - this is why we take these steps and this is what our confidence is based on.

At the moment we face issues with liquidity, which is understandable since UInvest is not a bank or something, we give your funds to businesses and they have their own business processes. As always, we honestly describe you current situation and give you neat and understandable variety of choices.

It is not the first issue we guys face together. There were some of isssues you knew of and even more you didn't.

However, we are all here and I think we are doing fine.

But why? Because there is something that leads us to success and this is not money or business model.

Our attitude to you, our community members and the mission this community has.

FPF will be filled, we already have the requests from the FPs and made calculations based on them. So, a withdrawal process will start at any way. It is not related to BO's dividends. If I missed smth, feel free to add.

This topic has been discussed, if we make so, it will be another type of business other than the current one.

Selected FPs can output money as everybody else. No restriction. Everything is based on a free-will. to Victory: UI balance value doesn’t depend on any activity or fund.

About fresh money. We have openly mentioned about liquidity crisis. In this case this is a solution.

Just bear in mind the following: no matter what solution is given or what ways we are looking for, your account doesn't lose any value. You are the only one who makes up a decision what to do with it.

Ok, Fresh money and withdrawals opportunities. In order for FPF to start operating, it must get funds. It is obvious. No funds, no operations as a FP. Sure thing.

Let's say no one will buy a share, so what's next? FPF is considered as a temporary solution, because we rely on our system and the purpose of the fund is to bring a relief to the situation caused with LR сlose down.

With all respect we have our own vision and position. Our obligation also is to inform you about it properly.

Because businesses pay dividends, not principals, Robl. Principals are paid back once. And let me put small correction: FPFund is needed to make FPs able to process withdrawals.

FUTURE OF AFPS as FUND MANAGER

Starting August 2nd, everyone will be able to visit FPF page and make a request for wd which will be processed by one of the AFPs. The number of the chosen AFPs will constantly grow.

Alex PR: It depends on an AFP. The more transactions an AFP carries out, the more funds he will be able to get from the fund.

1. Uinvest adalah Group Company dengan urusan Financial dihandle oleh Affiliated Financial Companies.

2. UPAY masih dalam proses pengurusan Lisensi Transmit. Menurut informasi terakhir, November 2013, baru kumplit dan bisa negosiasi kembali dengan Uinvest sebagai main pp utk WDr.

3. Krisis Likuiditas, FP Fund - AFPs dan Fund Manager.
AFPs akan di koneksikan dengan BOs, atau sebagai Fund Manager yg dapat Komisi.

Dimana sepenuhnya Rate dari AFPs nantinya di Control oleh Uinvest, karena mereka akan menjadi bagian dari Uinvest atau semacam bank/lembaga keuangan/exchanger lokal, yg legal di masing masing Negara.

Tentu saja AFPs koneksinya ke Group Affiliated Financial Company atau terkait dengan Financialnya.Dan RM yg bertugas utk mencari Project-nya.

4. FP Fund adalah Temporary solution, atau sebuah Project utk mencreate Fund Manager, yg nantinya bisa di koneksikan ke BOs lewat Affiliated Financial Company.

Menurut DD dan Alex, apapun cara yg diambil Uinvest saat ini, UI Balance tdk akan kehilangan nilainya.Jadi sebenarnya semua sudah dijelaskan di Managemen Chat...sampai FP Fund memakai Fresh Money pun di jelaskan he he......
