- Remove Nexian Bloatware (nexian market, antivirus, FB, Whatsapp, shake to next, flip 2 silent, clock widget, file manager, live wallpaper etc) for the light system rom, user can download it from the market
- Root with last SuperUser
- Init.D supported an a lot of tweaks
- build.prop tweaks for better battery, faster internet, smooth operation etc
- Remove boot&shutdown sound
- change stock launcher with holo launcher
- change boot animation to nexus boot animation
- Modded system UI (thx UOT Kitchen)
- Change operamini with dholphin browser

- reboot to recovery (must have CWM ! )
- Clear data
- Clear cache
- Advance- Clear dalvik cache
- install zip from sdcard- choose nexiandro-id.zip - wait for a moment
- enjoy the new rom
