Extract the audio, video and chapter file with flv extract, you'll have 3 different files in the directory where the default file is, open yamb, in the settings select the mp4box.exe location (a small utility you need to have), close settings than go to "creation", select the mp4 one, drag and drop the 3 files previously decompressed with flv extract, select the lc file (audio) than go to properties and in media delay put -1500.
Now you'll have a perfect synced file, the whole process is very fast.
I can make a .rar file with the needed softwares if you want

EDIT: here you are the needed softwares, its just a 2mb pack, REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR MP4BOX.EXE LOCATION IN YAMB SETTINGS.
