Bom Israel Meledak Dekat RS Indonesia di Gaza
Metrotvnews.com, Gaza: Sebuah bom yang diduga dari serangan Israel meledak sekitar 100 meter dari lokasi Rumah Sakit Indonesia di Jalur Gaza, Rabu (14/11) sore waktu setempat. Sedikitnya dua orang tewas dan sejumlah warga mengalami luka-luka.
"Ada 17 relawan Indonesia lainnya yang mengamankan diri di lantai dasar bangunan rumah sakit," kata Mohammad Husain, salah satu relawan Indonesia pekerja RS Indonesia-Gaza.
Sementara itu, 11 relawan lain yang sedang melaksanakan ru'yatul hilal penetapan awal Muharram di pantai Gaza terjebak di Masjid Gaza City. Mereka terpaksa menunggu situasi aman untuk kembali ke lokasi rumah sakit yang dibangun Medical Emergency Rescue - Comittee (MER-C) tersebut.
Saat ini ada 32 relawan Indonesia yang ditugaskan Pondok Pesantren Al Fatah, Cileungsi, untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan RS Indonesia-Gaza, sebagai dukungan terhadap proyek kemanusiaan yang dilaksanakan oleh MER-C tersebut.
Sebelumnya, Ahmed Al Jabbari pimpinan tertinggi sayap militer Hamas, Brigade Izzudin Al Qassam, syahid dalam serangan Israel ke Gaza. Serangan tersebut menyebabkan sembilan warga Gaza tewas dan melukai lebih dari 13 orang, tujuh di antaranya mengalami luka serius.
Sampai berita ini diturunkan pesawat-pesawat tanpa awak dan F-16 Israel masih terus menggempur Jalur Gaza di beberapa daerah.
Serangan Rabu malam merupakan serangan susulan Israel ke Gaza setelah serangan pertama Selasa malam. Dalam berbagai pernyataannya, militer Israel menyatakan serangan-serangan yang telah dilaksanakan hanya merupakan pembuka bagi serangan darat. (Ant/Wrt3)

Nobody argues that. The problem is: Israel has notorious track record of using indiscriminate weapons like flechette shells and white phosporous incendiary.
There are multiple international laws that could be seen to regulate white phosphorus use.[86] Article 1 of Protocol III of the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons defines an incendiary weapon as 'any weapon or munition which is primarily designed to set fire to objects or to cause burn injury to persons through the action of flame, heat, or combination thereof, produced by a chemical reaction of a substance delivered on the target'. The same protocol prohibits the use of said incendiary weapons against civilians (already forbidden by the Geneva Conventions) or in civilian areas.

Problem is:
(1) Hamas don't have any choice. Unguided rockets is all they have.
(2) Israel has everything on their disposal; guided missiles, surgical weapons, special forces, etcetera, yet they still choose to use indiscriminate weapons over a civilian-packed city. So who is the greater evil?
Assuming Hamas is really founded on a racist ideology like you claim (which I haven't seen any evidences besides your claim), how do innocent Gaza citizens magically become guilty of this? It is like saying all Germans deserve to die because of Hitler.
(1) just because they knew the risk does not mean we should agree with any attempt to put their lives in further danger. Cops also knew the risk, doesn't mean I have to agree that a thug should be free to shoot at them.
(2) They are fellow Indonesians, for crying out loud! I merely ask fellow Indonesians to side with our own country instead of Israel. Is loving your own country so hard thing to ask?
It is not Hamas' rocket that endangers Indonesian Gaza Hospital - it is Israel's.
You are claiming neutrality, yet you are applying golden mean fallacy. Yes, it is not about statistics, but a death of 10 Israelis by Hamas does not justify the death of 1000 Palestinian by IDF.

My solution has been always simple: disband the state of Israel, erase the law of return, and create a brand new state where Jews and Palestinians could live together in harmony, without any racial discrimination whatsoever.
